2- in the last 7 days, you have initiated X or more conversations with unique customers.

Best practices to improve a high-quality rating
- Only send messages to users who have opted in to receive messages from your business.
- Make the messages highly personalized and useful to users. Avoid sending welcome or introductory messages.
- Be mindful of messaging frequency; avoid sending customers too many messages a day. Be thoughtful of informational messages, optimizing for content and length.
- Send messages to your clients in their language if you know that.
- Carefully design multiple templates (OTP – Invoices – Shipment Tracking – Offers) and send the customer the appropriate template that he is waiting for, because there is a customer who wants notification messages and invoices to arrive, but does not wish to receive offers, so he may report the offer and advertisement template, thus negatively affecting the account and the template.
- Provide the option to unsubscribe through your templates, so that your database is clean and contains only loyal customers.
