Step 1: Create a business app on Facebook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

log in or Sign up to the Facebook Developers account<\/a> and click on the Create App button<\/a> and choose the Business<\/strong> type app option and then click the “next<\/strong>” button below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Write your app name “just a name” and your email.<\/p>\n\n\n

Scroll down until you see WhatsApp and click the Set up<\/strong><\/em> button.<\/p>\n\n\n

Step 2: Create a business account<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

choose the \u201ccreate a business account<\/strong>\u201d option from the dropdown or if you already have a business account then you can choose an existing account. and click on the continue<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, you see the Phone number ID<\/strong>, and WhatsApp Business Account ID<\/strong>, Keep them, we will use them later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Generate a “permanent” production token<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now we need to Generate a permanent token and give Permission to the application we created in the previous steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Meta business settings<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Users > System users, Click on Add<\/strong> button to create a system user and Fill in the details such as your name and System user role as Admin<\/strong> : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click on Add Assets<\/strong> option<\/p>\n\n\n

Now Select Apps<\/strong> > Name<\/strong>. Enable Manage app<\/strong> option and click Save changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that click on the “Generate new token<\/strong>” button :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
